5. Sales Territory

Sales made through the Site are limited exclusively to the territory of the United States.

YEYA Market reserves the right to reject, limit, or cancel orders when:

a) the delivery address is outside the authorized territory;

b) there are operational, regulatory, logistical, or commercial restrictions;

c) the transaction contains inconsistencies in billing, payment, delivery, or verification information.

9. Orders

Placing an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase by the Customer, but does not imply automatic acceptance by YEYA Market.

YEYA Market reserves the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel any order, in whole or in part, for reasons including, without limitation:

The Customer agrees to contact YEYA Market and attempt to resolve any issue related to a transaction before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

YEYA Market reserves the right to suspend or restrict accounts, refuse future transactions, or take appropriate action in cases of abusive, fraudulent, or repeated chargeback activity.

12. Shipping and Pickup

YEYA Market may offer, subject to availability and operational coverage, different fulfillment methods, including:

a) home delivery;

b) pickup.

Available methods, estimated times, coverage areas, costs, hours, and applicable conditions may vary and will be communicated on the Site, during checkout, in confirmation communications, or in supplementary policies.

Preparation, dispatch, or delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise, and may be affected by operational factors, weather conditions, third parties, high demand, payment verification, inventory availability, or causes beyond YEYA Market’s reasonable control.

14. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Until such policy is finally defined operationally, the Customer acknowledges that return or refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, pursuant to reasonable consumer protection, product safety, hygiene, traceability, and commercial integrity criteria.

YOU AND YEYA MARKET AGREE TO WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. All claims must be brought in an individual capacity.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for claims relating to intellectual property, misuse of the Site, or injunctive relief.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid, illegal, void, or unenforceable by a competent authority, such provision shall be deemed severable and shall be construed to the maximum extent permitted by law, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
